By placing your order with Optimized MLM Leads, LLC, and its affiliates, you agree to be referred to as a customer.

Customer understands all orders are handled in the order they are received unless a fee to rush the order has been paid. There may be problems with your order. If a problem or delay occurs with your order, Optimized MLM Leads, LLC, and its affiliates will contact Customer as soon as possible to inform Customer of the estimated time that the problem will be corrected.

Customer agrees that Optimized MLM Leads, LLC, and its affiliates will not assume or accept any liability or responsibility for a customer's marketing practices to any of the leads that are optimized. Customer agrees that it is their sole responsibility to comply with all State and Federal Laws when marketing to any leads that have been optimized by Optimized MLM Leads, LLC, and its affiliates.

Customer agrees that due to the nature of products and services rendered by Optimized MLM Leads, LLC, and its affiliates, refunds (monetary, etc.) cannot be given after an order has been processed or filled.

Customer agrees that Optimized MLM Leads, LLC, and its affiliates are not responsible for circumstances or problems that happen with your auto-responder, bulk mail, or email service provider. If your auto-responder, ISP, etc. is blacklisted for SPAM or your messages are not getting through due to server outages, etc., we will not be held liable. Customer agrees these types of problems are not affiliated with any optimizing of leads that Optimized MLM Leads, LLC, and its affiliates do.

Customer agrees that Optimized MLM Leads, LLC, and its affiliates do not guarantee or warrant the marketable performance of leads that have been optimized or sold.

Customer agrees Optimized MLM Leads, LLC, and its affiliates are in no way responsible for incorrect email addresses, bad phone numbers, etc., of leads that have been optimized or sold - since we are not the generator or compiler of the leads.

Customer Agrees to give Optimized MLM Leads, LLC, and its affiliates, leniency in fulfilling orders in cases of server outages, connection issues, delays on ad servers, or other circumstances beyond our control. Customer will be contacted within 24 hours of any such circumstance affecting customer's order. If the circumstance will be foreseen as taking 72 hours to fix, a refund of customer's order may be granted if requested by customer after notice of problem taking 72 hours is received by customer.

Customer agrees to allow up to 24 Hours for email response to your questions!
